Device Parameters – Download Configuration Parameters

Last updated:2026-10-14 11:13:48

A third-party platform calls the download configuration parameters interface (/api/printer/pullConfig) to send a command to the open platform, which forwards it to the printer client software on the specified device. The interface pulls and synchronizes the device's associated configuration parameters, used to uniformly adjust the printer's operating parameters, and returns the operation status synchronously. Note: this feature requires the latest version of the cloud-printing client to be upgraded or installed.

Note: This feature is available only after upgrading or installing the latest version of the cloud-printing client (confirm the client version with the official technical team).

Request Parameters

Parameter Example Value Data Type Required Description
printer_id 500001 string Yes The unique ID assigned to the printer; each printer is assigned a different number.
once 8305 string Yes A random value used when generating the encrypted signature.
time 1646790335 string Yes The timestamp used when generating the encrypted signature.
sign 9ce3ce7a3fccaf3d7715bd7e9bb1dc1c string Yes The generated signature. For the generation method, refer to the "Generate Signature" section under "Underlying Methods [Basic Support]".

Response Result

Parameter Data Type Example Value Description
code string 0 Result status code: 0 = success, 400 = failure.
msg string 下载成功 Result description, e.g. "Download successful".
data — — Response data object (see below).
data.id string 1000926 Printer number.
data (config object) string (JSON) {"channel_1_x_left":"99","channel_2_x_left":"2","channel_3_x_left":"3","channel_1_y_top":"0","channel_2_y_top":"2","channel_3_y_top":"3"} Configuration parameters.

The original sample data object used inconsistent spacing between key-value pairs; it has been normalized into valid JSON above. It contains the per-channel X (left) and Y (top) position offsets for channels 1–3 (e.g. channel_1_x_left, channel_2_y_top), used to calibrate each channel's print position.
