A third-party platform calls the interface (
api/printerLog/pull) to send a request to the open platform, which forwards it to the designated printer client software. After receiving the event, the client software extracts its local logs and reports them to the open platform. Note: the device must be online for the request to be forwarded to the client software, and the latest version of the cloud-printing client must be upgraded or installed to use this feature.
Note: This feature is available only after upgrading or installing the latest version of the cloud-printing client (confirm the client version with the official technical team).
The brief intro writes the path as
(api/printerLog/pull)(no leading slash); the canonical interface address below is/api/printerLog/pull. The leading slash is required when constructing the request.
