Pause Printing

Pause Printing

To pause a job that is currently printing, first confirm the job is printing, then call pause.

Before You Start

Prepare the device credentials and the returned task ID, and verify the current job status first.

The pause and resume interfaces use task_id; the cancel and query interfaces use taskid. Fill in according to each document's body text.

Third-party platforms call the Pause Printing interface (/api/task/pause) to send a pause-printing command to a designated device. After receiving the command, the open platform connects to the printer to execute the pause operation.

Note: Only a job that is currently printing can be paused.
