Query Pending Task Count
A third-party platform calls the Query Pending Task Count interface (
/api/printer/getTaskCount) to query the open platform for the number of pending orders on a designated printer. The counting scope includes tasks currently printing. It supports querying the stock quantity of a specified channel via the optionalchannelparameter — used for front-end queue display and kiosk channel management.
