Third-party platforms call the remote Restart interface (
/api/Printer/Restart) to send a command to the open platform, remotely triggering a restart of the designated printer's screen / client software. The platform processes the request and synchronously returns the operation status. Note: the latest version of the cloud-printing client must be upgraded or installed to use this feature — it is recommended to confirm client-version compatibility with the official technical team in advance.
