Based on the current printer usage scenario, the remote control open platform and terminal software monitor the device's status—whether it is in a fault or normal state—to clearly indicate the printer's current condition. In "Maintenance" mode, print orders are suspended; in "Normal" mode, printing may resume.
Note: This feature is available only after upgrading to or installing the latest version of the Cloud Print client. (You may verify the client version with the official technical support team.)
